Centenary & Stadium Pavilions Competition Sections

We have a wide variety of competitions you can enter!  Need lead time to complete your entry?

We understand that some projects take extra time to complete, therefore, by clicking on the Mini Schedule button below you can see

which Sections will be included in the Main Schedule for this year's Show.


Last year, the members of Swan Hill District Agricultural & Pastoral Society implemented a new platform called Showday Online, to assist them to run the show more efficiently. This new platform proved to be a great asset to the running of the show and we hope that you are more comfortable with it this year. Showday Online allows you to not only view the schedule and enter sections, it can also be used to process payments, confirm entries and provide you with your exhibit tickets.

  • For those who used Showday Online last year, go to our web page and select the Showday Online tab. Once opened select the Login/Register tab and enter your email and your password will automatically come up. If for some reason your password doesn’t show up, use the password you used last year of ‘reset my password’ tab and follow the prompts.
  • New platform users will need to create an account, including a password, during your first interaction on the platform.


  • Go to our web page and select the Showday Online tab.
  • ·   Once opened select the Login/Register icon at the top right of page.
  • ·    Create a profile – name, address, contact details etc. You don’t need to fill in any banking information.
  • ·    Use the PLACE AN ENTRY tab to do individual (you and your family) or group (School etc.) entry.
  • ·    Select your name or add another person using  + ADD NEW and fill in details.
  • ·    Having selected who the entrant is, go on to SELECT CLASSES drop down box and select the pavilion/Indoor/Display   
  • ·    Select Classes then choose Select to get to sections.
  • ·    Choose the section you want to enter. And then class.
  • ·    Next go to bottom of page and select ADD ANOTHER ENTRY.
  • ·    When you have made all your entries select Finish Adding Classes. Select payment option.
  • ·    Follow the emails that you get to print exhibit cards etc. or we can do them at the office if necessary, prior to event.
  • ·    Please contact the office if you have any questions, need assistance or don’t have access to a computer.

 

The Showday Online platform can be found at https://showday.online/show/swanhill or use the icon at the bottom the page.

 

A great thing about this platform is that it is now being used for more and more showing events around Australia,

so once you have created your profile, you can use it to enter shows all over the place.

Don’t worry if you get stuck, assistance can be provided by contacting the Show Office, prior to entries closing in September. Handwritten entries forms can

still be completed and brought into our office, where our team will assist you with registering them on the platform.

Please allow time for this when coming into the Show Office.

Parents & Educators - Children's Competition's

This is a summerised Mini Schedule of the competition sections that are open to junior exhibitors to compete in.
We hope that this will give educators more time to prepare and a chance to incorporate some of these activities into your classroom sessions.
We are excited to be able to invite you to bring your classes over to the pavilion display area on Friday 4th of October to see how your

student’s exhibits went and to also take part in some of the workshops we have planned.


More information to be sent out to schools on this as we get closer.
